In all cases, the data provided may be processed for the purpose of compiling internal statistics in order to improve our services. The personal data provided will only be kept for as long as our commercial relationship is maintained, and will be blocked once this is terminated, for the period established by the legal requirements, available only to the Courts and Tribunals to attend to possible claims, after which said data will be cancelled. The legal basis for the processing of your data is the fulfilment of the contractual obligations undertaken by you when ordering our services. We inform you that the personal data provided may be processed for the purpose of sending you information and other communications (offers, events, congratulations) for which you must tick the following box provided for this purpose. The data provided will be retained for this purpose as long as you do not request the cessation of advertising mailings. You shall have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal. Hotel responsibility Access to the page does not imply in any case the existence of a commercial relationship between the user and Penthouse Marbella . The portal only provides information about hotel vacancies at the time of requesting the aforementioned information, so if you make the reservation on-line, you are contracting directly with the hotel and not with the portal. The printed version of the reservation you have made serves as a locator when you arrive at the hotel. The reservation of hotel nights on this website implies the adherence and acceptance by the client of each and every one of the general conditions set out herein. By accepting the following clauses, you declare and agree:

1. To be of legal age and to have full capacity to make the reservation, stating that you understand and understand all the conditions found on the website.
2. That the information provided when making the on-line reservation is true, complete and concise.
3. Only those pages that are included in the site map are included in the website.
4. That access to this website is the responsibility of the user.
5. That once the reservation has been made, the electronic document in which it has been formalised will be archived and you will be able to access it at any time.
6. That confirms the reservation made, i.e. the dates indicated, the number of rooms, the number of persons and the hotel chosen.
7. The conditions and price of the reservation made, are those that are expressly determined in the tariff conditions expressly included on the page you make the reservation.
8. Regarding the relationship with the site, the site gives you the possibility to book rooms of the chosen hotel through its website, but does not offer any kind of hotel services under its responsibility.
9. That your card details are collected for the purpose of guaranteeing the reservation. Payment will be made in cash at the chosen hotel and only in the case of cancellations or no-shows, the reservation will be cancelled and the charge will be made according to the conditions of the tariff.
10. Offers shall be valid only for as long as they remain accessible to the recipients of the service.

8. Prices The prices indicated are retail prices including VAT. The price includes: Price per night depending on the type of room and the selected board type, with the exception of hotels where the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated. The price does not include: Any service not specified, as well as extras such as transfers, tips, telephone calls, laundry services, mini-bar, parking, etc… Check-in and check-out time: as a general rule and unless expressly agreed otherwise with the establishment, rooms may be used from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure.
9. Passports and visas All travellers, without exception (including children), must have their personal and family documentation in order and carry them with them, whether it is their passport or identity card, in accordance with current legislation. It shall be at their own expense to obtain visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc., when required for travel. Minors under 18 years of age must carry written permission signed by their parents or guardians, as it may be requested by the authorities. In the event of any Authority refusing to grant visas, for particular reasons of the user, or in the event of being refused entry into the country due to lack of the requirements demanded, or due to a defect in the documentation demanded, or for not being in possession of the same, the hotel declines all responsibility for events of this nature, with any expenses arising being borne by the consumer, and in these circumstances the conditions and regulations established for the case of no-shows shall apply.
